Why has the Delhi Police deployed photographers to capture everything that's happening at the Cockroach Janta Party protest? So you will see a lot of these personnel wearing orange vests, armed with cameras deployed here by the Delhi Police. They are capturing almost everything that is going on here. And this is a practice that has recently emerged in India. These people are tasked with photographing rabble-rousers or miscreants. That's what the police have told us. There are dozens of such people wearing these orange vests and in fact you can see it's clearly written that these are photographers of the New Delhi Police. Whether it is speeches or slogans or other kinds of activities happening here at the Kokoro Janda Party's protest in Jantar Mantar, these photographers have been tasked to capture all of that. These are people who have been given these uniforms so that they can be identified, that's what the police say, given the kind of media presence that is there.
