This one video will show you how serious Sonam Vangchuk's condition is as he's been on a hunger strike for the last 19 days. This video shows you how his ribcage is now showing, his bones are showing and his stomach has gone completely in. You can see Mr. Sonam Vangchuk right behind me here on day 19 of his hunger strike at Jantar Mantar but this video that we're showing you was taken while his medical tests were being conducted. This video shows you how weak he is. This video shows you the insensitivity of the government that despite seeing all of this they have not responded to this hunger strike. They've not even initiated a dialogue with Sonam Vangchuk. His demand is the education minister's resignation. Even if that demand is not fulfilled, at least a dialogue can be initiated in a democracy. And secondly, initially, a lot of people were doubting Sonam Vangchuk's hunger strike. They were saying that he's drinking chicken soup. He's still having food. He's going to the washroom and eating. Things took a dramatic turn at Jantar Mantar this morning. Around 7.30 am, the police took away Sonam Vangchuk to Savdarjung Hospital. It was done under very suspicious circumstances, even though the police claims that this was done in keeping with the order of the High Court to monitor Sonam Vangchuk's health. There are visuals that have emerged which show the police having used bedsheets as cover and plain-clothes policemen who came to escort Sonam Vangchuk out. A bunch of protesters were also assaulted in that process, even though the police says that they maintained restraint. Abhijit Deepke, founder of the Cockroach Janta Party here has announced that he will start a hunger strike of his own from today. Activists from the All India Students Association are continuing their hunger strike. They are sitting somewhere to the left, to the right of the stage. And the march for the 20th, that is Monday, is on. That is what the Cockroach Janta Party is saying. They've appealed to people from all over India, all over Delhi to continue coming into Jantar Mantar and join the march on the 20th to parliament
