Watch this video till the end and you'll be surprised to know how the AAP government in Punjab is getting posts and accounts critical of them taken down. Similar to what the BJP is doing in several parts of the country with one takedown per minute. Well, an investigation by the Reporters Collective has revealed that just between January and April this year, five Facebook pages from Punjab were taken down over copyright claims by AAP. These pages were not even small accounts. They together had more than 3 million followers and thousands of posts. This investigation by journalist Shiv Narayan Rajpur Rohit has also found that since October 2025, AAP sent copyright claims on almost 50 posts and videos. Most of these were journalist stories that were critical of the Aam Aadmi Party. The more shocking part is what content AAP was claiming copyright over to get posts taken down. This copyright content included posts from the Punjab Chief Minister's official social media handles, an official government notification, photos from the State Assembly, press releases from Shri Akal Takht a Congress MLA's photo and even AI-generated images.
