Beyond AI in action and innovation, Mumbai Tech Week 2026 also brought career opportunities to the forefront with over 250 plus jobs. And we spoke to the organizers to understand this unique job fair. I think we've broken some new ground here. This is India's first agentic AI run job fair. What we did in this job fair is over the last two weeks, we sourced about 23,000 candidates. 24 different companies have come to participate in this job fair because everybody's looking for a lot of talent. After sourcing 23,000 candidates, we did the AI interviews and AI assessments for all of them. And after that, we've identified, let's say, the top 1% of that which are good enough to come to and meet the hiring managers at the MPW. So this scale and this type of sort of use of AI to actually find people jobs that have never been done before and we're very proud to do it at M4. We're talking about AI in action. So what kind of talent companies are looking for? We can't get enough AI, ML engineers, people are looking for data scientists, software developers of all kinds, DevOps, QA. Companies are also looking for native growth marketers. They are looking for salespeople who have knowledge about AI products and there are a lot of openings for founders office. So like really smart generalists who sort of are interested to solve multiple types of problems. There are a lot of roles for that as well. 84 companies, 10,000 plus attendees and 250 plus jobs.
