The Jharkhand exam irregularities are much more complex than just a paper leak #peektv #shorts

There's a rate card for examinations here in Jharkhand like this poster here shows you. So the issue in Jharkhand isn't as simple as a paper leak. It was an alleged recruitment racket that was unearthed in the JPSC examination, which is the State Civil Services Examination. And that's what led to so many students, hundreds and thousands of these students to protest for 12 days without budging from the protest site here in the Jaipal Singh Munda Stadium. Now this rate card and the poster here is very significant because that man there, Abhay Tiwari, has been arrested by the CID for allegedly running this racket and selling seats for lakhs of rupees to government job aspirants. Students also talk about how one private agency was given the contract despite it being blacklisted in states like Uttar Pradesh. And this man, who's a government official, this government official was also working as a marketing manager of that particular agency. And what is interesting and extremely unfortunate at the same time is that this man, who's being called Raji's Surma Bhopali and Raji's Albert Einstein, had actually cleared multiple competitive exams and he also has recruited multiple family members of his in multiple government jobs as well. So this protest is about entrenched corruption, about an alleged nexus between the government, middlemen, contractors and private agencies and how thousands of these students have to bear the brunt of it.
